The University Post Graduate Institute of Ayurved Studies & Research was established in 2004 and is affiliated with Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Rajasthan Ayurved University, situated in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. It is located at Kadwad on the Jodhpur-Nagaur Highway Road. As a Government Institution, it has been approved by NCISM.

A comprehensive curriculum is offered at the University Post Graduate Institute of Ayurved Studies & Research for the Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) program, through which 125 BAMS seats are made available to students.
